The past three days, I've been a huge baby about being sick.
Monday I woke up with the sorest throat in AGES, whined about it, rejoiced that I didnt have to go to the office and floated in and out of sleep unless my boss called/ texted me.

I made my mum buy throat medicine for me, treated myself to Honey Milk Tea (under the pretense that 'honey' would soothe my throat, when I really just wanted to drink bubble tea from Gong Cha), made Mum cook porridge for me, stocked up on Strepsils and Vicks Vapodrops

Then i reluctantly dragged myself down to school for the terror that is Capstone.

Tuesday My sore throat was replaced with a stuffed nose and this annoying dry cough. My body felt like it was made of jelly, except that the jelly making up my body was sore as hell. I tried to be productive with little success. Sent out a few emails and spent the rest of the time watching things like How I Met Your Mother. I did find an awesome new place to watch online TV though, which finally fills the void left behind by TV-dome.

Then it was more Capstone before Savior Grace offered me a lift home. 

Wednesday I woke up today feeling so much better. Got alot more of my work done and started to crave Popeye's Mashed potatoes. At first I thought the nearest was Tampines but by a stroke of luck, we realised it was actually at Downtown. YES! By the way, the Popeye's at Downtown East serves chicken that is so much better.

My sweet mother also braved the rain to get me medicine from the pharmacy even though I told her I could do it myself. I have the best mother in the world seriously, I don't know what I would do without her. 

Mon Lapin also stopped by today before and after his guitar lesson to hang out with me.

B: "What were you doing just now?"
Me:" Watching youtube"
B: "WHAT? FINALLY!! YOU ARE FINALLY WATCHING YOUTUBE"

And in other news, isnt Naya Rivera so damn hot!?
